何亦昕，博士（博士后），时时彩 副教授（校聘研究员），硕士生导师。近年来，主持国家自然科学基金、浙江省自然科学基金、教育部产学合作协同育人项目及浙江省博士后科研择优资助等纵向/横向项目10余项；在IEEE TITS、TVT、TGCN等期刊以及INFOCOM、ICC、GLOBECOM等会议发表论文80余篇，其中7篇入选ESI高被引论文；申请发明专利30余项。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单、时时彩 院士结对培养青年英才计划、南湖杰出青年学者；获DMCIS 2025 Best Paper Award、ICTEC 2026 Best Workshop Award。现担任Wireless Networks、Journal of Marine Science and Engineering、Scientific Reports、Information 等10余个国际知名期刊编委/客座编委。
